My Decision Guide can be used on its own or ideally in combination with My Decision Aid ©.  It is designed to help your patient or client make an informed decision regarding their pregnancy. My Decision Guide takes a proactive maternal health approach. It assists your patient or client in processing personal and complex factors involved in their decision.
